The Journal of Computer Engineering is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expect all parties — authors, reviewers, and editors — to adhere to these standards.

AUTHORS' RESPONSIBILITIES
  • All submitted work must be original and not published or under review elsewhere
  • All authors listed must have made a significant contribution to the work
  • All sources of funding and conflicts of interest must be disclosed
  • Data fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism are grounds for immediate rejection
  • Authors must obtain proper permission for copyrighted material
REVIEWERS' RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all manuscripts under review
  • Declare any conflicts of interest immediately
  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely reviews
  • Not use unpublished work for personal advantage
MISCONDUCT & RETRACTION POLICY

JCE takes all allegations of research misconduct seriously. Suspected cases of plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate publication, or authorship disputes will be investigated in accordance with COPE guidelines. Retraction notices will be published prominently if a published article is found to contain serious errors or ethical violations.
