REVIEW PROCESS

Initial Editorial Check
Editor-in-Chief assesses scope, originality, and quality. Decision within 5 working days.

Double-Blind Review
Minimum two independent expert reviewers. Both author and reviewer identities are concealed.

Editorial Decision
Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Average first decision: 5-10 days.

Publication
Accepted articles are published in the next available monthly issue.

JCE follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for peer review conduct. Reviewers are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and declare any conflicts of interest.
