Computer Engineering (ISSN: 10003428) follows an open-access publishing model. To support the editorial process and publication services, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied after manuscript acceptance.
APC Details
For Indian Authors:
INR 2,000 + 18% GST = INR 2,360 per article
For International Authors:
USD 120 per article
The APC is payable only after the manuscript is accepted for publication following peer review.

Payment Policy

- Once paid, APC is non-refundable

Publication Timeline
After successful payment, the final version of the manuscript will be processed for publication within 2–3 working days.
Note: Authors are advised to submit the final version of their manuscript before payment. No major changes are allowed after publication.
